アカウントとデータの削除

ナンプレ職人(Sudoku Takumi。以下「本アプリ」)のアカウント、および当方のサーバーに保存された関連データは、アプリの操作だけでいつでもご自身で削除できます。アプリを操作できない場合(サインインできない、すでにアンインストール済みなど)は、メールでのリクエストも受け付けます。

アプリで削除する(推奨)

  1. 本アプリを起動し、削除したいアカウントでサインインします。
  2. 画面下の「マイページ」を開き、「システム」を選びます。
  3. 「危険な操作」欄の「アカウントを削除」をタップします。
  4. 確認ダイアログで「削除する」をタップすると削除が実行されます。

削除はその場で完了し、待ち時間はありません。完了後は自動的にサインアウトされ、アカウントとデータは元に戻せません。

メールでリクエストする(サインインできない場合)

  1. 下記のメールアドレス宛に、件名を「アカウント削除」としてメールを送信してください。
    ✉ watanabe.delhiberry@gmail.com
  2. 本文に、本アプリに登録したメールアドレス(または表示名)をご記入ください(本人確認のため)。
  3. 当方でご本人確認のうえ、削除を実施し、完了をご連絡します(受領・本人確認後 30 日以内)。

削除されるデータ

アプリから削除した場合は、上記のサーバー上のデータに加えて、端末内に保存されたアカウント所有のデータもあわせて消去されます。端末内にのみ保存された記録は、本アプリの削除(アンインストール)によっても消去されます。

保持されるデータ

原則としてすべて削除します。ただし、法令上の保存義務がある情報(該当する場合)は、法令で定められた期間に限り保持することがあります。

Delete your account and data

Sudoku Takumi (ナンプレ職人) — Provider: delhiberry

You can delete your Sudoku Takumi account and the associated data stored on our servers yourself, at any time, from within the app. If you cannot use the app (for example, you can no longer sign in, or you have already uninstalled it), you can request deletion by email instead.

Delete from the app (recommended)

  1. Open the app and sign in with the account you want to delete.
  2. Tap “My Page” at the bottom of the screen, then open “System”.
  3. Under “Danger zone”, tap “Delete account”.
  4. Tap “Delete” in the confirmation dialog to run the deletion.

Deletion completes immediately — there is no waiting period. You are signed out automatically afterwards, and your account and data cannot be recovered.

Request by email (if you cannot sign in)

  1. Email us with the subject line “Account deletion”:

  2. Include the email address you registered with (or your display name) so we can verify your identity.
  3. After verifying your identity, we delete your data and confirm completion (within 30 days of us receiving and verifying your request).

Data that is deleted

When you delete from the app, the account-owned data held on your device is erased along with the server-side data above. Records stored only on your device are also removed when you delete (uninstall) the app.

Data that is retained

As a rule, all of the above is deleted. Where a legal obligation to retain certain information applies, we retain it only for the period required by law.
